My Favorite Organic Beauty Brands and Ones I Want to Try
I checked my email archive for this one and learned that my first RMS Beauty purchase was in 2013. I picked up my favorite highlighter for a natural glow, the Living Luminizer, and the "Un" Cover-Up, a hydrating but not oil-inducing concealer with buildable coverage that I used as a base product most of the time. Shortly thereafter, I picked up the "Un" Powder.
I don't have much organic beauty brand experience to speak of, but I know that RMS Beauty is my favorite—when I first discovered the brand, I spent quite a bit of time watching the video clips on their site, reading up on their philosophy and founder, and admiring their approach to beauty. And the products speak for themselves. I'm planning a haul next month that includes a restock, the Eye Polish in Myth, Lip Shine in Honest, Skin2Skin Foundation Brush, and maybe the Beauty Oil.
One of my organic (and otherwise) skincare essentials is Pai's Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil, which I've been using since 2014. It, in conjunction with an exfoliating toner, is the most effective product I've found for evening the complexion (particularly fading acne scars), 'healing' the skin, and giving it a glow.
A Korean organic beauty brand I love is aromatica, but primarily for their Good Night Good Sleep essential oil. I'm keen on scents and this one might be the best I've ever smelled. Read my post on it here.
As for organic beauty brands I want to try, there's Kjaer Weis for eyeshadows and a luxury take on clean beauty, Ilia for color products such as their multi-sticks and lipsticks, and Innisfree as another Korean brand. I'm also interested to try Kjaer Weis's Mascara and W3ll People's Expressionist Mascara on my sensitive eyes and oily eyelids.
Any other organic products or brands I need to try? A special thank you to Andrew's lovely sister for inspiring this post!
